Our office is open seven days a week, and the phones are generally manned all day long, even over the weekend. Of course if the surf is good we may nip out, but promise to make it up by working later.

We're much more fun when we get to surf every day ... either way, rest assured your products will be with you quickly :-)

Monday mornings tend to be quite manic, so we would suggest e-mailing rather than calling during this time. We're quite reluctant to hire an overseas call centre.
