Orders from customers in EU countries outside of the UK will have their product delivered via Royal Mail Standard Air Mail. Shipments usually take 3-5 working days, but can occasionally take up 20 working days.
Our online surf shop delivery is free for all orders to the UK if using standard delivery.
Whenever possible, goods will be dispatched and delivered within 5 working days, however, we cannot guarantee that this will be the case for every order and customers should allow 15 working days. We send standard delivery orders via Royal Mail First Class. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery a card will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel, which is usually held at your local Post Office. It then becomes the recipient’s responsibility to collect the parcel. We accept no liability if the delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. If the recipient fails to contact the Post Office in good time the goods will be returned to us and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.
In a hurry?
If you need your order in a hurry, Next Working Day delivery (for customers within the UK only) is available at £6.95. This service is available for orders placed by 3pm. Next Working Day orders placed by 3pm Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be delivered by 1pm the next day. Next Working Day orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Next Working Day orders placed by 3pm on Friday will be delivered by1pm on the following Monday. Next Working Day orders placed after 3pm on Friday, on Saturday and Sunday (excluding Bank Holiday weekends) will be delivered by 1pm on the following Tuesday. The total delivery charge will be shown at the checkout stage of the ordering process.
In the event that you select a business address for delivery we shall be deemed to have delivered the order to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address.
We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.
