West Wetsuit Company Info -
In 1982 two surfers from the West coast of Australia, Patrick Leahy and Roger Liley, created a unique grass roots surfing company - West. Amazing suits - functional and warm, West is ascended to become one of the major wetsuit manufacturers in the world today.
Being an environmentally aware company, West were one of the wetsuit manufacturers to start making suits out of lime stone based neoprene (instead of oil based). In addition, their polypro rash vests are made out of recycled plastic bottles! How cool is that?
